These terms apply to orders placed on canvas.ca. Canvas.ca is operated by Hancock Gallery from 3 Biscay Pl, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador A1G 0C4, Canada. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and any shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is confirmed when payment is received and we email your receipt.
• If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before making your order, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Square and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

Your photos

• When you upload a photo, you confirm you own it or have permission to print it.
• We use your photos only to make your order and do not share them. We may decline to print images that are illegal or infringe someone else's rights.

Gallery art

Art prints from our gallery are sold for personal display. Buying a print does not transfer copyright or the right to reproduce the artwork.

Colour and appearance

We print with archival inks and check every order by hand. Colours on screens vary, so a print can look slightly different from how it appears on your device.

Our guarantee

Our canvas prints are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship - such as cracking, peeling or a failed stretcher bar - under normal indoor use. Damage from accidents, moisture or direct sunlight is not covered. Email orders@canvas.ca with photos and we'll repair or replace it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
