Shipping Policy

In short: every canvas is made to order in St. John's, Newfoundland, in up to 7 business days,
then shipped across Canada in about 2–7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $150.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses anywhere in Canada. Customers in Newfoundland and Labrador can also choose free local pickup at checkout.
How long it takes
- Making your order: up to 7 business days. Each print is printed, stretched and finished by hand.
- Delivery: usually 2–7 business days after it ships, depending on where you are. Express shipping is faster.
- We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What it costs
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more (after discounts).
- Under $150, Ground shipping starts at $14.99 and Express at $48.99; the rate depends on the size and weight of your order.
- You always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay. There are no duties or surprise charges on delivery - everything is made and shipped in Canada.
Damaged in transit
Every canvas is packed to travel safely. If anything arrives damaged, email orders@canvas.ca
within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund it - see our Return Policy.
